Battlefield of Marathon When the Persians and Greeks were at war, the Persian army launched an attack that the Athenians defended on the Coast of Marathon. Tailor’s Colossus, Porto Rafti In the bay of Porto Rafti, there is a tall pyramid-like island. On top of it, there is a headless marble statue, watching the distant seas.
